Levy didn't particularly like bumping elbows with nobles. It was one of her least favourite things to do, in fact. She'd become sick of doing it when she was only a teenager. But unfortunately sometimes it was necessary. And once in awhile, she treated herself to finding one of them a present. It was a treat to her because hunting down such things was fun. That and if you gave a noble a present they were grateful enough to not mind when you ducked out of their speech of how beautiful it was afterwards. It was quite worth it to her. But for this noble, she was having a spot of trouble hunting down the gift. She'd gone to one of the suppliers, but they'd had it stolen. Fortunately she was decent at tracking things down, and just as good at tracking down people. She'd tracked the ceremonial weaponry to a building that she snuck inside of. She wasn't sure what was waiting there, but she was sure she'd find out sooner rather than later.

Levaley was pretty dedicated to the coalition, but there were some things she had to do for her personal life as well. One of which was coming back to her home planet of Alderaan. It didn't always have the best memories for her considering how her father had treated her and her brother. That said, it was the home of her brother Stoll and his wife. They were recently married, and because he was the lord of the Heim household it wasn't like he could pick up and leave to visit her for long. She didn't expect it from him. He had his responsibilities and so did she. But once in a while she made it a point to visit, and now was one of those times. Especially since she didn't actually know his wife very well. She was Levy's sister-in-law so they needed to get to know each other. Besides, she had other business on the planet anyways.

On that note, she had gone from the household towards House Cortess. Periodically, the Heims were supposed to report what they were doing to the powerful house. What support they had, what technological advances they'd made if any, how their agriculture was going. The Heims weren't all that important, but Stoll had made some progress on their lands. Levy's father had been an idiot, and had neglected a lot of his land because he didn't see his 'subjects' as important. Levy and Stoll thought very differently, partly because of the struggle they'd had in their upbringing. Stoll's goal was to make their house more successful than it currently was. Levy supported her younger brother whenever she could. And so he had debriefed her about what little they had seemingly accomplished (progress was slow), and it had been determined that she would give the report to officials of House Cortess to assure them they were still peace-loving citizens basically. And who better to report on it than the current Templar Knight-Commander? That's what Levy had said anyways, but in truth she needed a bit of time away from her brother and his wife. Visiting was lovely. It really was. But his wife was nervous about making a good impression on Levy. Food, entertainment. All arriving with not too much of a breather. It was good for Levy to get a break, and goodness knows she knew the other woman would need as much of a break after organizing all that. She ran a hand through her dark dark blue hair thinking about it. She was in her blue and white robe armour, with the classy black coat over it. It served to make her look more official, and possibly more intimidating. Nobles often tried to act like they were more important and talk down to you. Levy was having none of that.

She walked into the hall and went to the official in charge of receiving House Heim's reports and smiled while giving it. Official business was something she was very comfortable with by now.

Levaley was on her break. Yes, she was Knight-Commander of the Templar Royal Guardsmen, but even she needed a break sometimes. So right now she was in a cantina in the city where the palace was. She had ordered a drink and some food, and had relaxed in her chair, crossing her legs and slouching slightly. She sighed. It was good to have fulfilling work, but taking a break was nice also. She'd ordered some noodles and air cake. There were things that she delighted in eating, and those were two of them. And since she was still technically on the job, there was no alcohol involved in the drink that had just been delivered by the waitress. It was just a simple glass of juice. A welcome way to wash down the food.

She looked around the cantina idly, wondering about the purposes the other people had being here. Levy had enjoyed people watching since she was a child. When you were the daughter of a lord, watching the other socialites was seen as a good way to learn how to behave. Levy had learned something else by doing it too: that she never wanted to become a dignitary like those she watched. She wanted to make a difference by doing something on her own merits, not because she had money or political power. Politics. They were necessary, but Levy did not see them as necessary to her. She was technically at a table for two, and she noticed the cantina was getting fuller for the lunch rush. Well, she wasn't against someone else taking the chair across from her if they needed it. She took a bite of her noodles and washed it down with the juice with a satisfied smile on her face. Her green eyes danced with a smile as well.
